No Single Diet Works for Everyone

Have you ever followed a diet plan to the T and fail to lose weight or worse...gain weight? There's a reason for this and it's because we all metabolize the same foods in different ways! Western medicine teaches that a calorie is a calorie and that's simply not true. Truth is ... there are no 'good' foods or 'bad' foods, there are simply appropriate foods for each individual and they are all different. This is why I do NOT believe in counting macros. The TYPE of food you put in your system is EXTREMELY important and it's different for all of us! This is why I created my Jumpstart program. I begin my clients on diets that are based on their blood type but that doesn't mean everyone responds completely in line with that. This is why I am in constant communication with you as a client through the direct messaging feature in my platform. THIS is where the magic happens!! I don't believe in shooting out a diet that 'should' work and yelling at you if it doesn't work. Hate to say it but sometimes it's actually not the client's fault hahaha. I follow up with you constantly and go fine-tuning and tweaking food options and meals until we nail just what works for YOU!! I teach you the process of LEARNING your body and what it responds to so that you can ditch the diet and transform your relationship with food! I challenge you to toss away the calorie restricting diets and 'cookie cutter' plans and invest in your health!
