Does your program automatically renew and is there any minimum number of months required?

Nope, my program is done on a month to month basis and you will never be automatically billed! Some clients reach their goals within the first month and decide to continue on their own with the plan I give them while others decide to move onto phase 2 and 3 for more dramatic results.

How long will it take to receive my program and can I start at a later time?

It takes me about 2-3 days to put your program together but you also have the liberty of choosing your start date on the intake form after checkout. So yes, you can sign up today to secure your spot for a later date and I will have it ready for you ?

What if I travel a lot or have a vacation coming up? Should I wait to start until I get back?

I think you should start now! Part of the entire process with me is teaching you how to do this and maintain this lifestyle around things like work and travel. You can still manage while you do both. I can even give you a program you can do without a gym or equipment that you can do in a hotel room. As far as travel and restaurants I will just teach you how to order when eating out. You can even send me pictures of menus so I can help.

Can I have alcohol on my plan?

I don’t know if you follow my social channels but I drink as well and have a glass of wine quite a few times a week. The key here is moderation. I wont tell you you can chug 12 margaritas but I will incorporate a couple drinks in if you love them. By staying away from sugary mixers and a few swap outs we can definitely make it doable!

Do you count macros or count calories?

Nope! You wont be counting macros or calories as I believe it creates an unhealthy obsession with food in the long run. I will give you portion sizes so you learn what a portion should look like but the goal is always for you to be able to just eye it out in the long run and know how much you should be eating!

Will I have ‘cheat’ meals?

Yup! I do my best to incorporate food that tastes great so you never feel like you’re on a diet but yes, you will be allowed to have days where you stray from your diet and recommended foods. The number of days depends on your goals and progress!

What if I have a very busy schedule?

Not an issue at all! After checkout on the intake form you fill out you will let me know what your daily schedule looks like and I will accommodate both your meals and workouts to work around it! We can make your meals very quick and simple and ‘on-the-go’ friendly and we can even make your workouts work from home if you don’t have time to get to the gym!

Do you work with breast feeding mothers?

Yes, I do! If you are breast feeding, we will not be using any supplements.

What if I don’t have access to a gym? Can I workout from home and do I need equipment?

Everything is custom so yes, I can create your training program to be from home with no equipment required and you don’t need a gym if you don’t have access to one.

How many times week will you be checking in with me?

If you purchase a ‘+ coaching’ package, I will be checking in on you once a week and trust me I won’t forget! I have weekly alarm reminders for you and all of my other clients. During these check-ins I will be analyzing your progress pictures, measurements, updates and weight. Photo and progress check ins are once a week but you do have 24/7 access to email me for any help or support at any time as well! I’m here for you and we are in this together!

Will you change my diet on a weekly basis?

Yes, I will be changing your diet on a weekly basis based on your progress.

Will you change my workouts on a weekly basis?

100%! Your training program will be changing on a weekly basis, and will continuously be increasing in difficulty as your body becomes more conditioned and is capable of training at a different level.

How do you figure out my portions?

I do this by analyzing the questionnaire that you submit to me. Based on your current BMI, body’s state, level of activity, age, height, and goals I break down your meals into specific portions, which will lead you to reaching your goal without under-eating.

Do I have to take supplements?

Nope! You can 100% do this supplement free. Supplements are just recommendations and you can still see results without them. The supplements may enhance your performance and recovery – but they aren’t magic pills, you have to put in the work. Always consult with your doctor first!

How long until I seeing results?

Within the first week your clothes should start fitting better and your energy levels should increase along with a decrease in bloat, inflammation and improved digestion. Clients usually drop 3-5 pounds the first week with gradual continued loss throughout the month.

Can you design my program even though I have various allergies?

Yes, your diet will be designed according to everything you’ve listed in the questionnaire you submit after checkout. With that being said, it’s 100% customized, so nothing that you are allergic to will be included in your plan.

Do you have video examples of the exercises listed in my program?

Yup! Videos and descriptions for each move along with key tips will be accessible to you!

Will you be able to provide me with home workouts for the days I don’t make it to the gym?

Yep! If you need home workouts for when you can’t make it to the gym or need to travel, just let me know and I’ll put something together for you.
