WHAT IS THE ON THE GO CHALLENGE?
This is my new 4 week fitness challenge that you can do absolutely anywhere! Workouts will be 5 days a week with 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, 1 HIIT cardio day and an additional follow along core workout that you can toss in at the end of your workouts every week!
Track your progress through my personal app where you will access the challenge, instructional videos of all the moves where I walk you through them, a weekly LIVE zoom call where I sweat it out with you, access to a support community so we can all encourage and keep each other accountable, and daily gratitude journaling and affirmations.
This plan is designed to help you totally shock your body and get you out of that old fitness routine funk!

What Will You Need?
Minimal Equipment is needed for this challenge! If you do not have any of the below equipment you can purchase the add on for the challenge and the 321 glo backpack that will have everything you need!
